Shorten Timber Venetian or PVC blinds.

Binds must first be fully opened.

1. Remove plugs from bottom rail.
2. Untie cords from bottom rail.
The bottom rail should now come off.
3. Remove slats as required.
4. Re-thread the cords back in to bottom rail.
5. Tie a knot with the cord to hold the bottom rail up.
6. Trim off excess ladder (warning do not cut ladder too short).
